Some information

This page carries images made through the 150/750 Newton scope made in the night 27/28 July 2002. The IRIS program gives the possibility of adding hundreds of images. Here are the first encourageing results.

Procedure

Capturing the images with IRIS.
Subtract the DarkFrame from each image
Deepsky Registering the images
A: Add the images with IRIS and make adjustments in brightness and contrast.
B: / Alternative Add the registered images with AIP4WIN
Resize the resulting image from 320*240 to 640*480
As the pixel value is low multiply all values with 7
Background treatment
Gamma Adjustment (ca 2.50)
Save Fits file and export to BMP or JPG

The PS39 Webcam is unmodified !
