Waited a while until it became darker in the end of summer. I finally made "first light" with my new (2nd hand) astro camera: Omegon Pro AP Triplet ED FCD-100 d=85 f=510mm Apochromat (f=1/6). This is far away from what I would call "perfect". Just a first light, to find out there is a periodic error with the mount drive. I have not found the reason of this so far.
The 2nd image from 4 August 2023 clearly shows this periodic error, which you see by the elongated stars.
