Oct 31

On the evening of 30 October 2013 I realized that there was some Aurora (Polar Light) going on. I went out on the flat roof of my house, which is ideal for imaging such events down to the horizon. There I took a few photos, but there was not much time as the intensity was decreasing rapidly. HERE are a few more images for you. Next mornig I saw on the web, that I was able to catch the maximum intensity. From the amateur radio activity I could see as well that the main event has been very far in the north of Europe over central to northern Sweden.
